One of my friend was study with my college in my section and he having reliance broadband connection and he told me earlier I got 1Mbps all time I am surprised and previously I had connection connect broadband not good in speed I was get speed in connect broadband.
150Kbps to 300Kbps very poor as compare reliance broadband I disconnected connect broadband and joined reliance broadband or first 3 months I was getting good speed but when customers was going increase to join reliance broadband and left other isp and reliance broadband connection created problems like ip not assign lol dns is not responding something like that or reliance have contract with ericsson to improve wireless and wireline services.
Engineers are too lazy he don't know where is problem in connection and they failed to rectify the problem after reliance contract with ericssion feb 2013 lol outage start 9.00am to 8.00pm when I call I am suffering with slow speed executive say to me there is a server upgrade in Mumbai at present no server upgrade I called to the engineer he changed the line whole day I got good speed on the next day.
Now I am getting very very poor speed lol now now again I called to the phone to engineer and said again to engineer I am getting again slow speed he said to me we cant do anything 50 customers in Ludhiana they getting slow speed without any reason even there is no outage and server upgradation and why f* k reliance doing that with customers I have no choice to join another isp I called to my friend in phone and asked that how is reliance broadband going on he told me that my connection is not working for 5 days and there is a wire problem engineer have to change wire but reliance bullsh* t don't want to spend money for new wire and how the hell my college friend he recommend me reliance now he is suffering with reliance poor service and he is planning to disconnect the services because he is complaint to the customer care connection not working they close the complaint without any reason in my area another problem there is no battery provided by reliance edp having no battery backup when power cut occurs internet goes off this is my experience till now I am getting.
I am waiting. When reliance will improve the services:(
WORST BROADBAND EVER;( My English is poor sorry for that.
