Never trust on any official sells person with reliance pomplate and logo, they dont have any connection with Reliance broadband, its a fraud from reliance directly, they are sending people with 2 months, three months advance rental, and you installation charges will be less and bla bla bla.
later when bill comes its will penalty for the less payment which you already paid. you cant track as well.
I paid two months rent in advance and have to disconnect my service in 1 month itself, because they are charging me again,
also they dont know which plan you opted.
more over they will not hear you, and charge late payment as well. there is no escalation point only few illiterate people reading from website,
