My Internet Service is not working from the last* 16 Days, and when ever I call the customer care - every time I get the same reply with a standard script as 5 Days.
It sounds like they have pre written script to read out and repeat to the customers. Strange that there is no escalation point available beyond the supervisor. And the SUPERVISOR - "Mr. YUVRAJ" is shouting back at the customers and threatening - warning what not. When customers are calling repeatedly - the only purpose is to have the service back and the issue to be resolved - not to pass the time with the customer service agents. How the supervisors can disconnect the customers calls.!
It's really disgusting - cheating - sick - worst - Awful service! Not even POOR - Worst of Worst! Needs to filed a case! and should have the RELIANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHUTDOWN when they can't fix the issues.
