When purchasing the data card I was assured good speed of 3.1mbps. I had the speed for a month, that was last August 2010. Thereafter I rarely gor 3.1 mbps. It has been always 230kpbs. On complaining thrice, I am told that I live in a poor signal area.
This is not true as the signal strength on the indicator is strong with full bars. I have given up talking to the Reliance customer service desk as they brush the issue aside simply by giving an answer that we assure you 230 to 400 kpbs and a lot depends on various factors at the time of use. I dont recommend this product.
