I bought a pair of sandals from Regal, Inorbit mall Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 6th May 2015, I generally use to buy catwalk but I bought it because I liked the look of it.
I started to wear this sandals after one week from purchasing but not on regular basis as we switch footwear according to the outfits, so just after 5 or 6 uses that sandals torn out from heals and it is happened within a month after purchasing,
I have visited the store on 9thJun 2015, they have assured me that this is a pasting problem and they will fix this as new, however I was panic with quality they served but I again believed on them and left those sandals with them, after 15 days they have called me to picked it up from store.
When I visited there, they have handover the sandals to me was worst in condition, it was completely shabby and outworn, anyhow that was not wearable to me, I told to the manager that this is not my sandals as mine was new and just a little torn out, the store Manager kept me on long wait just to listen me as he don’t wanted me to speak front of other customers and the shocking moment was for me when he called and told me that this is a pair which you dropped with us, it was already like this only, we are not sitting here to handle all this nonsense.
I was so panic from his misbehaved and rude attitude, I asked him if you are saying it was like this only then why you don't informed me while you take this in your custody? And why you forced me to leave both the pieces even the problem was with one piece only? Did I ever complain about anything else except that torn problem? Is it mention anywhere at your job slip that I complained about outworn problem? as the sandals was only one month old I should complaint for that as well, but I never did because there was no other complain earlier as this is happened in your custody only.
I refused to take delivery as that was worthless for me, finally they have said that they will send it to the work shop again, if upper portion can be change.
I know they are not going to do anything and the footwear will come to me like that only or in worse condition.
Anyone can suggest me what action I can take against them if they are not sorting this out?
I want to take it ahead so others shouldn’t be face the same problem with Regal Shoes.
