My husband bought a pair of black -red Reebok sporty shoes last month from Reebok Showroom in Panipat, worth Rs. 3000. I got a handbag free with that. There was an offer for shopping >1000, get a handbag and >4000, get a Ray-ban sunglasses.
Last week, after parking our car, accidentally he hit his left foot to a rigid stone lying just outside the door. Thank God, that didn't hurt him, but this minor hit was enough to feel guilty for buying such stupid shoes.
He went to Showroom again, but they clearly denied to hear him. We also talked to their customer care executive, and he also waived our request.
I've filed a plea in consumer court, and hoping, we will not get defrauded. I've also ordered a brand new addidas shoes online from https://dizest.com/shoes.html, with far better design and excellent discount.
