I had purchased my domain name & pop3 email access from Rediff in 2006. Since then I service. Most of the times their server was just inaccessible to my email client. It goes dead for 10-12 hours even. Just imagine my plight when my clients are waiting for an important email and I am crying in pain as the mail server is inaccessible.
However, recently rediff staff responded very well to my complaints and sorted out this issue. I wish they had taken this action earlier, however I am not complaining. The only issue is via pop3 access. Over here there is no problem in receiving mails, there is problem in sending mails.
Finally Rediff staff sorted this problem out, it was a small technical issue.
