Rediffmail is one of the oldest web mail which I am using from last 10 years. Before using gmail and yahoo I was using rediffmail because of its Fast Performance and user friendly GUI. As rediffmail Id is my oldest id so some times I get mail from my old friends here.
Rediffmail have some good aspect due to that I am still using it as it is user friendly site and easy to understand. Also its Bulk mails system means auto subscription mails, daily unwanted mails and mails that you are less likely to read automatically go to bulk folder. So it become easy to read mail.
But there are some bad aspect due to that I never use to sent my important mail.
First of all whenever I open my mail it contain lots of Spam mails. Rediffmail has no strong Spam Control Policy every time when I check my mail folder it contains lots of spam mails. sometimes if somebody mail me it shows in in Junk folder. Due to these It become very easy to Hack rediffmail. Second things is if you use its rich version then its performance become slow so that I always use its classical version.
One of bad aspect is when you registered any genuine site then I have seen lots of site don't accept rediffmail Id due to its bad spam control policy. Rediffmail is only show fast performance but when you sent mail to other mail server it delivered very late. Sometimes simple text mail takes to much to delivered. One more thing if a mail receive in Inbox you don't know about it until you refresh it or you check mails it while in other web mail like Gmail if any mail receive in Inbox it automatically refreshed it mean for new mail you don't need to refresh.
I think in this modern world rediffmail need to improve not only their spam mail issue but also sending mail issues. I would say for sending professional and important mail never use it.
