I booked a forward and return journey ticket for my wife through Redbus for Bangalore to Chennai. The operator, Paulo Travels, cancelled the bus, the night before the travel, post which we called Redbus, the same night, to cancel the ticket and seek a full refund. Till date, despite 2 additional phone calls, they have refused to refund.
We also cancelled the return journey ticket, which they acknowledged and confirmed the refund will be in 7 working days. Till date, that has not happened. My ticket numbers are TGBF33332285 and TGBF88339659. For a well funded portal, they have a surprisingly bad approach to customer service. You cannot even escalate.
