I booked a bus to vijayawada couple of months back, and I got a seat in abus where the seats were half torn and the cusions on the seats were dirty.And the bus is also very conjusted.But the amount charged was very hig compared to other booking sites>I dont recommend red bus to any one of you.
There should be atleast a genuine service to the customers.They had taken a grievance and not given any reference number on that time. Again I had approached in the following day morning for the status, that time just they had given the ref no. The Lady let me know that because of the framework flaw we will made the discount 100% with in 7 working days.
