Red Bull Energy Drink is nice to drink once in a while. I have enjoyed it sometimes instead of having coffee. It gives similar feel to me if I have a cup of coffee. But in summer this helps, since it is served chilled.
Somebody said since I have hypertension, I should not consume it too much, since it contains caffeine. Few people encouraged me to share with somebody and take half of 250 ml can(tin).
Shopper merchant told me this is bit costly( INR.100), since it is imported and branded one. So value-add of Rs.90 to 100 is still the question!
Some friends of mine told me it suppresses appetite if consumed more.
As the say "Too much is too bad", drink moderately. I do not suggest to substitute to meals or other foods. For patients, it may not be advisable unless and until their doctor agrees for them.
