I have been looking to buy a 2BHK flat for a year now. But I never could find one in my locality within my budget. The ones in my budget were in very far away places, miles away from the city. Even though I was tempted to buy some of them, but the sheer distance of the properties from city life discouraged me, and I have been living out of a rented apartment. I happened to come across RealtyCompass.com last month on Facebook, even before the site launched, and have been closely following the portal launch. It was launched on 23rd with only 4500 properties, and whenever I refresh the page next day, I find at least 200-300 new properties added.
I searched for 2BHK flats in my locality, not with any high hopes since I knew almost all the properties in my area thanks to magicbricks, 99acres and makaan(most have the same set of properties and most information is misleading and inaccurate), but to my surprise, I found 35 properties(brand new) in my locality, 14 of them were in my budget, and 6 out of them have 2013 possession. I called up the contact with confidence that these must be some realtor posting spam, from my previous experience with other property portals, but they all were genuine, accurate and updated. I have visited 3 properties so far, and both me and my wife liked ALL of them. We will cover the other properties too this week and the coming week and will take a prompt decision.
We would want to thank RealtyCompass deeply, because without their help, our home buying plans would have taken a completely different, unhappy direction. I see Interior Solutions and Legal Consulting in the site as well, but havent tried so far. Will write a review about the add on services once we have tried our hands on the same. I congratulate the website promoters for the wonderful work and the hard work that must have gone behind the portal, because its a blessing for home searchers like us.
