Hello guys! I am sharing my views on builders that is Rchanakya realty. My friend had booked flat from this builder and they does not give the possession at right time. My friend told me he faced many problem through these builders. he gave the booking amount in starting and they told hime that possession will be given with in 1year but after waiting 1 year he did not get the possession. And he asked to customer center and they told me that wait for 5 month and after waiting a long time he get the possession. And he saw that flat was not well furnished and also many things are made up of cheap materials. their staff member are also does not talked very politely. They are not a good builders.
Thats why I do not want to recommend this builders to you peoples.
