Sydney Sheldon has the ability to take his readers into the story and make them feel everything the character feels. This story was no exception. While reading this book I was transformed into the story, I found myself emotionally invested. The main character is a beautiful, smart lawyer. Through out the story we see her faced with a number of obtacles, both in her professional life and her love life. I don't want to spoil the story for anyone who hasn't read it yet so I won't be giving anymore details about the story. But I will say this, this book is a definate must read for all Sydney Sheldon fans, actually it is a must read for every one! The plots twists and will keep the reader at the edge of their seat, as only Sheldon knows how. I wasn't able to put the book down, I even found myself reading it under the table during dinner.
I love how Sydney Shedon writes period. He has a unique way of portraying his characters and unvailing his story plots. He doesn't just state facts or list down the aspects of the story as it comes(Like Danielle Steel for example), instead he has a way of telling the story in such an unpredictable manner that catches the reader by surprise. I am oppsessed with guessing the endings to a book and I'm usually right, but when it comes to Sydney Sheldon I have yet to acomplish that task, which is what, in a bombshell, makes him one of the great, his utter unpredictability.
