I had ordered Radyance Serum to gift a friend on her Anniversary. I received product Thrice from Different vendors, Since I had already taken one, I rejected two vendors delivery at my place.
Later a weeks time, Ms. Neha Gupta, Senior CSA sends an another product to me(which I dint place an order), and this gets deliver to my place again twice, and received accidentally by my family members.
I sent an email with return request, however, it remained unanswered for almost a week time, then I made up a call on their Customer care no. given in their website, someone from Office Assistant team responded and was talking in regional language(Hariyanvi or Delhities). When I sent them an email stating my nephew is an IAS and I would take legal action, I received a response next morning stating your concerns have been sent to senior authority and we would revert to you in 24 hrs.
Its been almost 10 days now, and I have been waiting for their response.
Very unprofessional CSA, Very bad services, I have no reviews about the product since I intend to buy and gift it to someone.
I would not recommend to anyone to approach them for services and orders.
