I applied for RBL Credit Card on 27th Sep 2017 When I got a call from their representative. That Lady took all of my information like My PAN Number, My Name over the call to check my Cibil Score. Later on after 1 hour she called me again and told me that she got an approval to process my credit card. She Asked for all my documents on email like my Salary Slips, ID, Address Proof. After 15 minutes I got a massage on my number that I my application is successfully submitted. After 10 days I called that Lady again but she didn't respond my call. After 10-15 calls she picked my call and told that she will call back after 30 Minutes and update with the status of delivery. Its being more than 35 days and I have not received any card. That Lady Ms. Akansha is not receiving my call. I don't know what she have done with my documents. Very Bad RBL.
