If you like licking peoples*.this is the right company to work for! BUT if you want to do some good work and get appraised on that this is definitely not the place.
If you like politics.you are more than welcomed in R Systems, but if you want to avoid it and be appreciated for your work and not for how much tea or cigarettes you have with your manager, please dont go.
If you are girl and and independent strong girllthis company is definitely not for you.
It is made only for boys and managers who are highly biased towards hardworking female specie.
Honest opinion, my friend cries everyday in R systems, please save your time and do something else but not this company.
I can name out the worst manager over there, who themselves are illiterate, but I guess I wont.
