Worst concept and worst service. Review on Quikr

Quikr is good website to find old stuffs but there is some risk involved.

I purchased a old Tab through quikr doorstep service before that I talked to seller and he told that tab is only 10 days old and there is no issue. When I got the tab, it was faulty. some area of the touch screen was not responding. The same day tab went in to boot loop and was not getting started. I tried to call seller but his number was switched off. I tried to contact quikr to return the tab but they told that they are not responsible for faulty item as they provide only courier service.

Please do not purchase the things blindly on quikr.com specially if seller is not from your city. people give very nice description of faulty items and provide their temporary contact number. Once sold, they switch off the phone and quikr wont help you in this case. This could be the trap for you. so I will request you, if possible go to sellers location and check item before buying. Do not believe quikr service and their customer care as they will not help you after delivery. Also the doorstep service is not free. They will take shipping charges from you.

Good Things: -

1) Easy to use site

2) Large number of things are available

3) They do not force you to use mobile application( olx does)

4) Easy to post ad

Bad things: -

1) They do not help you after delivery of item.

2) Return is not possible on quikr

3) Quality of item can not be judged by seeing only photos of items

4) No feedback system is there after transaction.
