Extremely poor after sale support! Longer waiting period for getting service requests attended. For extending after sale support, they rely on local service agents, who are not accountable to the customers. Calling their customer care was found a waste of time as they don't seem to have control of their after sale service & support mechanism!
Unfortunately, I had brought two units of Marvell RO myself for my family as well as made my neighbors buy Marvella RO by strongly recommending it a couple of years ago .Now my neighbors blame me for influencing their purchase as a result of the same issue! How nastier it can get! The more I see the irresponsible & anti customer attitude from supposed to be an "Ethical company" .I feel that the real customer experience should be propagated to forewarn the potential customers from choosing this brand. " I REGRET TRUSTING HLL PUREIT BRAND MYSELF & RECOMMENDING IT TO OTHERS" - I would like to warm everyone in my friends and family circle NOT TO COMMIT the MISTAKE I DID .-
The biggest realization, I had recently, is that most of the leading brands are comparable in matter of the core feature'that is "dispensing pure water". Even unbranded and assembled ones with quality parts(branded components) do the same job!
Rightnow, I am on the look out for some exchange offer from other trusted brands with AMC support to get rid of this "nasty brand' and have peace of mind!
