I would like to share a very good experience which I recently had with Pureit service team. It is something like below:-


I have been already using Pureit Marvella RO machine since 18 months now. And I have absolutely no complain with this machine. And due to a very good response from this machine I installed another Pureit machine for my mom and dad this time it was a Pureit Marvella RO slim on last Dec 2015 I installed.


The 2nd machine also worked very well until this 30th June 2016 while it showed the GKK1(2nd stage filtration module) started showing alert that it is required to be replaced. And this was a complete surprise to me. Because, out of my experience with my 1st device at a daily consumption rate by only 2 person(working) the GKK1 can never run out in 6 months of time frame. For information: I had replaced the GKK1 of my 1st device after 14 months of usage(at a daily consumption rate by 2 working persons only).


Therefore I suspected that there is something wrong with the machine or with the GKK1 itself. I was sure of it because the I/P TDS level is only~370 PPM and with adequate water pressure and with minimum consumption rate it was very much impossible that the GKK1 expires so early.


So, I called the Pureit Service team handled by M/s Sarathi Enterprise at Rourkela, Odisha regarding the issue and explain them that the GKK1 should be changed without any cost since the device is still on Warranty period and the GKK1 has expired unexpectedly.


Mr Dutta from the Pureit Team very patiently understood the problem an positively responded to it. Next day he visited to my house and verified the issue.


After analysing the problem he too agreed that the GKK1 has unexpectedly expired very soon. It was very sensible of him that he really understood my explanation about the problem. I really appreciate that he analyses and trusts what his customer's has to say.


He immediately raised a complain(C 167716772) and with his advise I had a chat with Mr Anirudh from Kolkata, I guess he must be the manager of the east zone Pureit India. He is also a very nice, responsible person. He too understood my complain and queries and assured me that the issue shall be resolved immediately.


Also to note:- The small cylindrical device connected to the outlet waste water pipe was proved to be faulty since day 1 of the installation.


Soon then the GKK1 and the cylindrical device on the outlet waste water pipe was replaced without any cost and the device is now working perfectly fine.


I would any like to again thank Mr Anirudh and especially Mr Dutta who really put their customers at top of everything else and understood my problem very well and nearest to the reality.


I would like to request Puriet Hindustan Unilever Pvt India Ltd to get such dedicated persons in its customer service team because in these days to find a decent and committed after sale service is very difficult.
