I happened to be an unforturtunate customer of HLL, I bought Pureit about a week back and the piece they brought me had some defects. I called them to get it replaced and the executive came after one week. He said he will bring the new piece in 2 hours and have not come ever since.
Its surprising that at the time of delivery they bought the piece in 2 hours after I called the customer service.Now its more than a week.Its sad that a company like HLL is treating its customers like this. Also their call centre is absolutly useless as they keep on saying the same thing as "tomorow our executive will be coming" every single day ! They have just two words which they spuke out everytime I call "Apologize and tommorow" I am pissed off with these guys and I am thinking of taking this to the next level.
