We had brought this water purifier after extensive research and we had finalized this after checking out almost all the products different companies offer. It's been more than a year we have been using this.and I think this is the best time to post review as we are in a position to justify it.
Good points-
Purified water- Firstly we are completely satisfied and happy with the product as it gives clean and tasty water.
True promises- The promises made by company while selling products as to its TDS limits, changing of parts and service are all true so far.
Good deal- We had bought it from company directly so we had got a very good exchange offer.
Service- The service is very good.as whenever we call the company call centre.technician is sent as soon as possible.
Not so good points
No electricity no water- This is the biggest flaw in the product that it stops working as soon as there is electricity cut. So whenever there is no electricity we get into a bad fix.
Expensive maintenance- The product proved to be very expensive in maintenance as we have already paid lot of money in one year near about 3000?.
