This is my second review on mouthshut and in general I don't write online unless I feel compelled by the service. We decided to purchase a RO purifier after we moved to a new apartment, as the packaged water delivery was irregular. At the same time I had accumulated good number of points on my credit card and had en-cashed for Croma vouchers. We had essentially 2 choices in the Croma store - AquaSure and Marvella RO.


Although I personally favor the Aquaguard brand, their retail offerings(AquaSure) are second rate. I had gone to the store with intent of purchasing AquaSure but was impressed by sales pitch for Pureit Marvella. It had a better design and also the lifetime of the components was longer(like RO is for 8000 lts and costs now around 2400 for replacement). Next came the check for the service - I went through mouthshut and came across the mix of positive and negative comments, that added to the confusion. However I took a chance on Pureit. One caveat is that Pureit Marvella RO mis sells as RO+ UVM - note that UVM is not UV light filtration but another filter called Ultra Ventilated Membrane.


The installation was professional - technician washed the hand with sanitizer and threw all the wire cuts to the dustbin. However later I noticed that one of lights wasn't glowing and was disappointed that technician didn't inform me earlier. Hence on their feedback SMS I left a negative rating(SER 0), not expecting much to happen. However to my surprise I was bombarded with calls within a couple of hours to check on the problem. Today another technician came in to replace the LED strip and problem now has gone away. Overall I'm impressed with the initial service experience and hope that it helps you in making a decision.
