I'd bought the PUREIT Marvella water purifier 2 months back. The water leakage started from day 1. Upon registering complain about the same and on various follow up, it got resolved. Now within 2 months, devise indicates that I need to replace the CSF. Upon registering complain, technician calls me up and advise that CSF needs to be replace and I'll be charged INR 950 for the same.
During sales talk from TAJ SERVICES, I was been told that CSF generally lasts for a year. Had this situation would arise within 10 - 11 months, I would have paid for the same. But just 2 months is not convincing at all. Now issue is, till the time this discrepancy is resolved, I'll not able to use the device and hence taking risk of facing health issue. Also I'm stuck with device and it will be not wise to pay 950 every 2 months.
Note: Before PUREIT, I used aquaguard for around 13 years, but never faced such an issue. 2 services in a year was enough for a smooth operation.
