I am using this this product for 2 years now.This product is expensive to use and my recent experience is of cheating as well. This service engineer comes to my place and replace GKK-2 but to my surprise he used a GKK-1 and some cannibalized parts for making the components of GKK-2.
Also, there are two per-sediments filters in the kit of GKK-2. This guy keeps one such filter in his bag and on my insistence opens his bag and hands over this filter when I showed my suspicion.In the after sales services area, PureIT has to make there system robust as I as a much informed user felt cheated today. When their product starts occurring due to cheating, the customer base may want to move to other options thereby shaking their customer base.
