ON suggestion of their customer care I had purchased the AMC after the filter was not working. AMC costed me INR 1800/-. They fitted one part that could have been either costed me 650/-. Strangely they said there is no guarantee to the part even if its company fitted part after replacement. But if I take AMC, the part cost will be covered along with two candles will also be changed and will get guarantee for the changed part.
Just after 2 months my candle was to be replaced, when called up, they denied saying that candle is not part of AMC and only the PCB is part of AMC. CLear cut fraud case. Please do not buy any AMC from this bogus company
