I am having a saving & other accounts in Punjab National bank, it is owned by the central government , for opening the account they have asked me so many documents after opening the account firstly I am not happy with their services , the staff is not co -operative in any matter, now a days most of the shopping , bookings are done on-line but the Punjab national bank is available only on few web sites , because of this I am not in a position to do on-line shopping & booking.
There are very few ATM centers of the bank throughout India & most of them are not in working condition, if one has to draw cash then he faces problems because of error in connectivity .
The overall service of the bank is not good , they have not totally implemented the new technology in the field of banking. Due to these things I do not recommend dealing with the bank.
