I feel this review is:
First of all pnb is one of the oldest bank available in india.they have good no. of branches in my city( Delhi) .but they are having very low amount of atm available and half of them are even not working or dont even have cash in them.now talking about customer service, it depends on your branch.as in my branch the staff is very well mannered and disciplined.they take their work seriously and treat you nicely.in terms of phone banking it is quite good and comfortable.i would have given it 5 stars if they provide attention to their poor conditions of small amount of atm available here.
