I would like to share my BAD experience at Central, Bund Garden Road, Pune. The sale almost RUNIED my HAPPINESS due to the ERRORS in billing. The discounts shown for different brands are not really given in the final bill. In my case the discounts for 4 items of 'All' brand should have been 40%, but the discount given in the final bill was Rs. 230 less. Some of the discount was bundled with Bare shorts bought for my son. The billing system is not at all transparent to the customer and it is difficult to make out the products bought from the description given in the bill.
After fighting with Customer Service desk for 1.5 hours, I was able to get Rs. 230 back. I appreciate his patience in going through the whole long bill, and trying to justify how the billing is done. Me and my family used to look forward for Central sale every time. As a customer I am very disappointed, I would think 10 times again before going there for shopping. My recommendation to all folks is to thoroughly cross check the percentage of discount shown in your bill before moving on from billing counter.
Central Shop MANAGEMENT : Please have your billing system/software working accurately to calculate the discounts correctly.
