It was a very horrible experience to purchase a deodorant from Central. After billing I came to know that a deo given to me is an open one and when I asked why, reply was.'Sir bus yahi alst piece hai.aa ko yahi meliga'. When I denied to take the product, they came me credit note. Don't know why a credit note is given and not a cashback for the mistake done by Central and not customer.
Other issue came up when the credit note expired. It took 4 run to central with parking of 40 bucks each time to get the credit note encashed. and that too lady at customer care says you cant complain to a lady sales person. So if customers are not allowed to complain at customer service desk then why do you have such employees there?
and do the have any deadline for feedback/complain system?
