Beware! You are joining a club with proactive!. Review on Proactive Solution

My 16 year old son has had terrible acne for a year and we tried everything.  I bought Proactive and it burned his face terribly, to the point that he had to take tylenol.  The worst part is that it didn't clear up the acne!   He did the entire 30 day treatment with no results. To make matters worse, we got another kit in the mail with a $50 charge on my credit card!   I called Proactive and it turns out that you are agreeing to repeat shipments when you order, even though NOBODY tells you that!

Its very deceiving. I had to ship the second one back, and then I was only credited for the product itself, not the shipping both ways. Here's the key if you order it, place your order by phone, then wait a few days and call again to cancel your membership. After that I ended up getting a prescription acne medication called Benzaclin (topical cream, not a pill) and WOW did it work!  Its expensive, but worth it!   Ask your doctor!
