I am one of the victims of this fraud company from Pune. After dealing with Priority people, I have realized one thing strongly that now a day’s people can go to lowest possible level to extract money from people and can make a formal business of cheating people.
I am sure all the victims of the fraud company, like me, you and many other are quite simple and straight forward in nature who trusts someone easily. People like Priority take advantage of such a nature of people and create business and makes money out of it.
From last 4-5 months, I am trying to get my money back from Priority. But, there response wasn't+ve as their basic aim was to cheat and extract money only.
You can check the agreement copy again. Lots of commitment made verbally is not covered in it. The transaction that we did with Priority was also based on wrong verbal information like 0% interest EMI, 36 emi etc. Whereas they swipe you card without informing you for 12 emi with 14% interest. This is clearly a fraud practice which is being practiced by Priority.
Financial transaction is the most important part of any deal. If Priority is cheating you in financial terms only, how can you be ensure that these people we provide you services as committed verbally or in agreement.
I would recommend all of you who have been cheated by Priority International to try hard to get your money back. I doubt that this company may vanish at anytime from market once they have made enough money by cheated people.
Immediate steps which you need to do are as follow:
1) First send a request for refund of all money paid by you through email. They will reply as money is not refundable and it is against their policy. Again they are telling lies here, as they don't have any policy as such and have given refund to many people who threaten them badly.
2) If you have paid the money through credit card, without wasting a single moment raise credit card dispute for the transaction with Priority International. You can tell the credit card provider about the fraud practices of Priority. Many people have got refund through this way.
3) File case in consumer court. For this first you need to send them couple of notices to refund your money in hard copy through registered post. More information about this you can get from Grahak Panchayat office.
4) I would recommend for those who have contact in Police and press, use your contacts and pressurize them to give your money back.
Do not let this people go easily and try your level best to get your hard earned money back.
