Purchased the product from Naaptol. Older one required repairing and hence decided to purchase to meet daily needs of blending.
On receipt of product, found it defective. Motor was running but assembly was not rotating. When called service center, they refused to attend since was purchased online. Finally Naaptol agreed to replace. Still waiting for collection of old product and replacement.
Disappointed with brand like Prestige. Their focus is now only in construction business leaving the quality of appliances poor. Overall ergonomics also not up to the mark.
