I haved filed Complaint for this prestige gas stove product.Complaint id: DREN 2269770.I was very much upset eith this product.I purchased 2 byurner gas stove: GTM 02 .It consumes high oercentage of gas.It has leaking problem and the burner is not working properly and the nob is not turning properly.I called service center number : 33441111.They register my complaint.
Later service agent called me and ask Is this under warrantyI say S, then he asked my address, afterwards he didnt came to rectify my problem.Moreover lrestige assumes that people might break the glass during transportation or by missuse.What they refuse to see is tgat, there is a defect deep down in their product.Its very difficult to replacd BURNERS & REGULATORS.I got irritated up with irresponsible and sloppy approach by customer serviceMy sincere request to all my friends is that please stay away from glass top and keep you& your family life secure.
