Ponds cold cream is a little oily. though it is for moisturizing skin, but it leaves the skin oily which clogs the pores in the skin.
Especially in winter.
I have used it for almost an year. It has a good fragrance and also is a reputed brand in India. But I feel it is not good for face skin as the skin of face is very sensitive and excess oil leads to pimples and scar on skin. So I do not prefer it.
