Yesterday I logged in to PolicyX to check a few Retirement plans. I started to enter my personal details and then my mobile number which was then verified by the team.
They mention that "my Privacy is protected" and then they go ahead to share my contact details to insurance service providers. As soon as I had closed the browser, I was flooded with calls from different insurance service providers.
Finally I had to be rude to them and ask did I ask you to call me back and the executive was speechless which was followed by apologies.
Let me tell you that this is really unprofessional behaviour on your part. If you really want to assist customers like me, please do some upgrades in your information seeking tab and ask customer a specific time and date on which he would like to receive the call.
If at all I don't stop receiving unwanted calls then I am going to escalate this matter to your higher ups.
