I am very unhappy and feel cheated by policy bazaar as they recommended me wrong company for my term policy which has very poor customer service and post paying them they treat their customer badly.
the company they suggested me for term policy was hdfc life .
I am not getting my query resolved nor I am getting my policy cancelled, I feel I am paying them my hard earned money to frustrate myself as they send all the nonsense email but no solution .
Insurance is biggest scam after banks in the world which everyone know however atleast they should be decent enough to provide a proper customer service and do the simplest things correctly.
please viewers use your mind before dealing with policy bazaar as they will get you in a trap which will be frustrating so choose wisely .
