As my policy was ending on 31 March, 2019. I logged on to policybazaar.com on 30 March, 2109 to buy a new policy. As soon as I entered my contact detail, there was a call. Everything was fine, I zeroed down on the policy, I wanted to purchase.
I categorically mentioned on phone and on Whatsapp as well to the coordinator that new policy has to be started from 1 April, 2019 for new financial year, she gave her OK on whatsapp in writing. Immediately after this the aishwaryasingh23ment making process started and a link was sent on my mobile for making aishwaryasingh23ment, which I did through Cred824it card but when I received policy it starting date was 30 March, 2019.
They don't listen to you, they want you to make aishwaryasingh23ment as soon as possible so that their sales target are met and incentives get into selling person account, customer for them is nothing but a "Bakra" kaato.
When I objected, I was informed that technically your policy starts from the date you make online aishwaryasingh23ment alas! This was not told by Policybazaar sales girl.
I wrote them mail for cancellation and did not acknowledge my mail, eventually I had to write to complaints@irda.gov.in then I received a call saying that your money is being refunded.
In nutshell policybazaar is making customers fool in a super way. I urge everyone reading my message on this platform. DON'T BUY PRODUCTS FROM POLICY BAZAAR. THEY ARE CHEATING YOU AND DON'T PROVIDE ANY SERVICE.
