I worked 3 years on Mainframe technoligies in Polaris, here practice head is junk, he neither has management skills nor technology skills.
Only dummies and good looking girls will survive under him, he doesn't like talented resource because he afraid of his position.
He pretends like pet dog with company heads that's why he is still in the company. All projects gone to Infy & TCS because of his poor management. They didn't give me last month salary while leaving the company.
In the future Polaris realises the damage to the company because of this junk fellow and kick him out with out salary.
