I had given my Car before 6 days and still I have no idea what is going on with no response from Planet Khohra and are giving revert as if I am begging for my car. I am giving continuous follow up from last 3 days but no body bothers to revert and customer service also seems that is for name sake.My name Patel Setul working for ICICI Bank as RH and covering half of Gujarat and giving the services within TAT and see that customer is satisfied and happy, here its totally different paying more and giving.
My car no is GJ 1HJ 594. Please revert if anybody has clue for the same.
