This is a warning -- for the Huntsville, Texas customers of Pizza Hut!
When I ordered a 4 For All today the clerk couldn't get the 4 choices right even after having me repeat them.
The advertised price for bread sticks is: 3 for $1.39 or 5 for $2.79. Simple math says that I can get 2 orders of 3 for $2.78 and have 6 Breadsticks. I told the clerk this and he insisted that I wanted 9. I repeated my order several times and then he handed me the order slip.
The order slip showed 2 individual Breadstick orders for $3.18. One of my 4 choices was hamburger and he had put 'Cheese' instead.
When I returned to the counter (waiting behind another customer) I told him that he had overcharged me for the breadsticks and had messed up the order. He then told me that the order was only 20 cents different & made NO ATTEMPT to correct it. He did go to the back to change the pizza to hamburger.
When he returned to the counter I asked for the Manager. After several minutes the 'Manager' appeared and said that the breadsticks were ringing up at $1.59 each. I said that the price menu showed $1.39 and he asked if I wanted a refund. I said ''Yes. Do I still get my order?'' He said that he would place it himself. He gave me the $16.41 which I had originally paid.
About 20 minutes later I was given my order and I handed the $16.00 to the same clerk & said ''He didn't ring it up.'' To which the clerk replied ''He probably didn't have time with you complaining to him.''
Upon opening the breadsticks I found that both orders were for 5 each. NOW, the real kicker is that on the box was a notice that you were to get up to 2 side orders (including personal Breadsticks (3 each)) for ONLY $1.00 each. This place not only misorders but they steal from you as well! I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT ! ! ! BKeen4u
