Ulitmate display panel which opens and closes automatically by sliding up and down, always excited and proud to have such kind of eqpt with me in my car. It has been 3 yrs I bought my Santro xing but never got a stereo installed in it, dint like the ones available in the mkt in Delhi, nothing caught my eye, but when I saw this I was stand still and immediately thought to get it for my car.
The display lights are all Blue with an ultimate LCD display which is on quite a big screen. The screensavers are amazing spl. the Dolfin Movie. You dont need to have light in the car front seats, the blue lights emitted are enuf. The joystick is a cool thing in this model. but it has missing Radio station buttons from the front panel but I use the Remote for the same. Sound quality is great for what I have configured - total 4 speakers , 2 with sub woofer at back and 2 at front.
Regarding the sound quality I got installed 6x9" Oval speakers of Pioneer itself. Model no 6991 , 5 Way speakers , 460W, that cost me around 2600 Rs and 2 Blaupunkt 4"speakers model no 102. It really gives me an amazing sound effect, I stillc an rev up the sound quality by adding a Amp ( recommnded for this set is R series of Pioneer itself) and a Woofer. Since I am not the kind with scaring/disturbing others with the Bass on the streets, I refrained from it, wud have been an additional 5-6 K cost to me.
This set with bill is for around 13K and in gray its arnd 8800. Be ware that there are local sets with same make and everything also available for a bit chepare price arnd 8500 but they are spurious man, dont go for them better spend some extra bugs and get good quality or either go for the one with warranty.
