The plot of the movie is absolutely realistic and equally a bitter truth about the stereotypes of our Indian society. While watching the movie, I could relate myself to the characters playing the roles. This movie gives very strong facts towards the women in the society. Every dialogues delivered by Mr. Amitabh Bacchan is very true and accurate. What I most loved about the movie is consistency towards the story plot. It is definitely one of the best movies made in bollywood without any such item numbers or fantasy drama. The characters played by the girls were worthy of applauses. Their characters seems to be too real. This movie gave me goosebumps by the dialogues.

Few Powerful messages & dialogues from this movie:

  • "No" is not just an word, it is itself a sentence which doesn't require any clarification. No means "NO"

  • Our society has no place for women because our society is too harsh on women if she breaks the stereotypes

  • A girl should never go out with a boy alone because the people nearby assume that the girl came on her will and the boy definitely get the license to touch her.

  • When a girl walk on the road alone, vehicles starts to slow down and they start scanning the girl. This great idea is not supported during a broad daylight.

  • Our society has no place for women. Hence, it's easy to blame women.

  • Alcohol is considered as a part of a bad character for girls, but, in case of boys, it's just a health hazard.

  • If a girl goes out to pubs or parties, it doesn't mean that she is “available”.

  • Respect a girl’s dignity, she is not an object.

There are many strong & powerful messages given by the movie. It is really an inspiring movie to change views & fight against the odds bravely. Neither a single person should be gender biased. This movie inspires to break the patriarchal society stereotypes. Its a must watch movie and highly recommended.
