Hi everyone my name is Allwin I own a 1964 Australian Vespa, and why m I saying it an Australian vespa is...because it was imported from Australia in 1967 i.e. Three years after it was bought.
It is actually a Italy made vespa which was made for Australia and the imported in India, the coming year that is 2014 its gonna complete its 50 glorious years.
The scooter still runs in mint condition with good pick up and everything. It has a good mileage of 45kmpl.
like you just take around for a ride..
And than u notice people looking at you with a strange expression which says do you still ride this vehicle.
My vespa has also got a prize for "best scooter in town" in the Vintage exhibition which was held in VT(Mumbai) in December 2012.
