Disaapointed. Review on Philips LCD 32TA2800

I bought a philips lcd 32 inch tv thinking of reputed and nice brand and the main reason to buy ghe tv was the seller told me u will get 3 yrs of warranty bt after using the tv for one year the panel( interior part of tv) haved a major issues so as it was in warranty I contacted the seller he called up the engineer of philips and the engineer demande 12000 for a new panel then I asked them but my tv is in warranty your seller gaved me 3 year warranty while buying then both engineer and seller raised up thei hands by saying no sir campany doesnt gives more than 1 year warranty.this words blowed up me and I went to vijay sales and bought a new videocon 32 inch  led with 5 years of warranty and proof of waraanty in written.the dissappointing part was that ki I got only 3000 rs in exchange for a philips tv that I buyed for 26000.from that day I have started ignoring philips product .so pls guys if you buy any philips product dont forget to get about warranty in written with warranty papers .thnk you
