My jar lid''s gasket was broken and I wanted to replace it. I went to the Visakhapatnam Philips authorised customer service centre to replace my mixer jar lid''s gasket. They said the gaskets cannot be replaced and the spare parts are not sold separately. Inspit of me telling that gaskets can be sold and purchased separately, they forced me to buy a new jar lid.
And when I went to the customer service call number, the call centre girl was very rude, didn''t provide information The customer care girl''s name is Malavika.
Dear Philips company, apart from instructing your service centres not to rip off people, also make sure that the customer care people are given training to be helpful and understanding not rude.
