I have been trying for past 2 months to buy a one litre can of pestseal. Its very well advertised on PCI web site but no store has ever heard of it. Finally on 6/8/12 I contact their customer care number 26865656. These people only answer the phone, but do nothing for the customer. I gave all details and got a ticket number 3748. I was told that a sales rep would contact me within 2 days.
Nothing happened for a week. On 13/8 I phoned them again and reminded them. I got the same answer. Finally on 13/8 evening a sales rep from PCI called me to inform that pestseal is "not available". Can you believe this ? What kind of a foolish company is PCI ? Here is a customer willing to buy their product and they do not wish to supply ? Better to go to a more sensible and reliable company for your pest control needs. PCI is avoidable.
By the way, I had a service contract with them, which I will not renew.
