Deep discounts and Deeper still shipping time. Review on Pepperfry

I saw that this site was giving away 2000 Rs off coupons on just registering. So I registered and got 4 coupons totaling to 2000 and bought a san disk pen drive and bajaj toaster with those coupons. The pen drive with the coupon discount cost me 50 Rs less than other sites, but for the toaster I got a discount of 550 compared to flipkart or ebay so this was a good deal. I was just hoping they send me a new and unused product and not cheat me or say the item is out of stock because of the deep discount I was getting.

They took a real long time to ship the items. 7 days for the pen drive and 10 days for the toaster and the shipping company took some 5 days to deliver the toaster to me. But I must say that they sent me a new and unused product. The pen drive was a sealed pack which I had to cut open. The toaster was in its original packing and looked new, no scratches anywhere and gleaming metallic parts all in all gave an impression that it was new. It worked perfectly too.

By the way I knew that they were going to take a long time to send me the product based upon all the reviews on mouthshut.com so I didn't have high hopes about their shipping. I was also certain that they might cancel the order saying item was out of stock, but luckily that didn't happen.

Conclusion:

Buy from them for the deep discounts, I am sure if any item is out of stock they will refund the item, but be prepared for really long shipping time. I am giving them 4 stars just for the deep discounts I got for my items.
