I had ordered a reebok deo set, a lip balm and a iris rose fragrance set, my order no is 100204988, they shipped one product ie the fragrance set and they made me call them, badger them and atlast they gave me gift coupon for both the products saying that the item was not shipped by their vendor.
Now my order no is 100214157, had ordered a t-shirt, when I asked them on the month of July they said the product will be shipped at the latest by 1st Aug, when I asked them on 1 st august they say it will be shipped in 48 hrs, it has been escalated blah blah. I really doubt this site.....
The customer care reps are polite but they don't answer the essential queries , they beat around the bush, they say its been escalated escalated. I reckon they don't know the meaning of escalated.
When you ping pepperfry, the reply that you get is "The order should be shipped out today or latest by tomorrow, Once the order is shipped out you will receive the shipment details via email and sms".
Worst site.
I feel like I'm being cheated.... Keep out guys
