I had ordered diamond pendant on 08.04.12 to them & even after passing 20days there is no delivery confirmation from them. Today when I spoke to their customer care, they said further will take one week to arrange dispatch. So even though they mention delivery within18days, there is no such commitment.
Even when I asked to cancel my order as I'm still not sure whether they will be able to arrange delivery by next week, the customer executive said that order can't be cancel & will revert to you shortly for the same.
So it means I've left with no option but to be on the mercy of such fraud e-commerce company and further wait & watch.
